DR. MADHURIMA NAYAK
Founder & Director, IAAM. Also: Founder, MN Poly Clinic & Cosmetic Centre
Dr. Madhurima Nayak is the founding visionary of the International Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. A clinician, educator, and institution-builder, she established IAAM to address a gap she had experienced firsthand: the absence of genuinely rigorous, internationally aligned aesthetic medicine training.
Certified by the International Education Board as a Board Certified Master Trainer in Aesthetic and Cosmetology, Dr. Nayak brings together clinical practice, global educational philosophy, and deep commitment to practitioner safety.
Her clinical institution MN Poly Clinic and Cosmetic Centre — holds an independent 5-Star Professional Service Provider rating from the International Education Board (Department of Aesthetics and Cosmetology), validating the real-world clinical excellence that IAAM’s education is built around.
Under her leadership, IAAM has grown from a single training initiative into a dual-track institution serving hundreds of medical and non-medical professionals, with programmes recognised and accredited internationally.

Jeet Raj Rai co-founded IAAM with a focus on building the institutional framework, strategic direction, and operational backbone that allows IAAM to consistently deliver on its promise of world-class training. While Dr. Madhurima Nayak drives the clinical and academic vision, Jeet Raj Rai ensures that the systems, structures, and execution behind the institution are built for scale, quality, and long-term credibility.
His role encompasses strategic growth, institutional partnerships, and the broader mission of establishing IAAM as a globally recognised name in aesthetic education.

Dr. Shourya Sharma is an internationally trained aesthetic medicine educator whose clinical experience spans multiple countries and training environments. He brings to IAAM's curriculum a global perspective that goes beyond local market norms — introducing participants to international protocols, global safety standards, and advanced techniques in threads, biostimulators, and regenerative aesthetics that position them for practice at any level, anywhere.
