How It Began
Founded on a Gap in the Industry
The International Academy of Aesthetic Medicine was founded by Dr. Madhurima Nayak — a clinician, educator, and visionary who saw a striking gap between the global standards of aesthetic medicine education and what was available to practitioners and beauty professionals.
Most training programmes focused on procedures. IAAM was built around something deeper: the development of clinicians and professionals who understand why they do what they do structurally, scientifically, and safely.
What began as a mission to elevate medical aesthetic training has grown into a dual-track institution serving medical professionals and non-medical beauty students alike with programmes developed in line with international curricula, accredited by the International Education Board of the United Kingdom, and delivered by faculty with real global experience.
IAAM is headquartered internationally with training delivered through world-class facilities — and continues to expand its footprint across the region and beyond.
